SCHEDULING OUR SERVICES:
So that we can best serve all of our clients, we ask that you schedule services 48 hours or more in advance. Two weeks pre-scheduling is requested on holidays.
RATES (+4.166% Hawaii Excise tax):
$19.50 - $25.00. Please call for an individual quote.
* Extra fueling charge may be applied to locations distant from Central Maui.
* We do not service West Maui, or East Maui past Haiku at this time.
REGULAR HOME VISIT CONSISTS OF:
At least 20-30 minutes of loving attention, activity, and relief for all pets.
Drinking water is always freshened and a note is left to update you on each visit.
As instructed, we will also feed your pet and administer medication.
EXTRA SERVICES PROVIDED AT NO CHARGE:
Home Security Checks & Crime deterrent measures such as turning lights on and off.
Daily Journal Entries of Each Visit.
Daily Newspaper & Mail Collection on premises.
Indoor & Outdoor Plant Care.
Refuse Collection.
Remote Pet Viewing.
RATES DURING HOLIDAYS:
Holiday Surcharge: $5 extra per visit.
Holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, President's Day, Easter, Memorial
Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve,
Christmas Day.
OTHER SERVICES:
Key Pick Up.
$12 charge may apply to pick up or return your key(s) if not done during initial interview.
POST OFFICE MAIL PICK UP:
$10 per pick up from Post Offices in service areas may apply.
TRANSPORTATION TO & FROM VET OR GROOMER:
Custom pricing, as it depends upon length of session and your location.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR NUMEROUS PETS OR PLANTS:
May apply for more than 4 pets, care of numerous plants and small animals.
We will inform & quote you a rate during initial interview if this applies.
HANDY RANDY'S HOME SERVICES, LLC:
$65 per hour - Available for home emergencies, or if requested.
Services include plumbing, electrical, carpentry and more.
Fully bonded & insured.
INITIAL CONSULTATION INTERVIEW:
Before we can start providing services to you, we will schedule an appointment to meet you and your pets at your home.
There is no fee for this initial consultation interview, which takes about 30 minutes. At that time, there will be a few forms to complete so that we will have all your necessary information on file.

PLEASE PROVIDE PROOF OF PET'S HEALTH:
We kindly ask that you provide substantiation from your Veterinarian confirming your pets are healthy and current with all recommended shots and immunizations.
We will also ask you to inform your Vet that we will be responsible for your pet's health during our visit in case of emergency.
INVOICE / PROPOSAL TO FOLLOW INTERVIEW WITHIN 24 HOURS:
We will confirm your charges following the interview session and email or fax you an invoice.
PAYMENT POLICIES:
50% of fees are due and payable in advance of service until credit is established.
Payment by check is preferred. We do take Visa & MC.
Any additional charges incurred may be billed and are due upon receipt of invoice.
$25 fee for checks returned or credit card denial
Bookings that include holidays must be 50% paid for as soon as they are scheduled,
with the full balance due at start date.
$50 HOLIDAY CANCELLATION FEE WITHOUT REQUIRED ADVANCE NOTIFICATION:
