Premium Care Services
Rates are per day/night and for full service, in-your-home, day through overnight care. We are there through the night and wake up with your pets to attend to their needs first thing.

"Other pets" include birds, fish, caged critters, tanked creatures.
Simple visit rates start at $22. This rate chart depicts a multi-pet household and is to be used for estimating your care costs. These prices are for overnight care and include basic household maintenance including watering of indoor plants,rotation of lights for the purpose of security, bringing in of mail/newspapers, and disposal of waste on designated collection day. If service is to end byor before 9 a.m. of the last scheduled day there is no additional charge.After 9 a.m. and up until 1 p.m. will incur a half day charge. After 1 p.m.into the last day will require an additional day's charge.

These visit prices include watering of indoor plants, rotation of lights for purpose of security, bringing in of mail, newspapers and disposal of waste on designated collection day. There is a one-time fee of $22 for an in-home interaction/instructional visit. If the key is not picked up at this time there will be an additional $10 key pickup charge.
Please TRY to reserve the time you need in advance. However, do not hesitate to call us anytime you need service. We can not guarantee availability, but we will always try our best to accommodate you and your pets.
Reservation policy: 25% of total calculated care cost will be collected at time of booking. This is not refundable. However, it is transferable to another date with a minimum of 2 weeks notice and is dependent on our availability.
Cancellation policy: Within 2 weeks of booking the 25% deposit is transferable to a future date for service. With less than 2 weeks notice we regret that we will be unable to refund or transfer the deposit. Certain exceptions may apply.
Holidays: There is an additional 25% charge for major holidays.
