I will provide exceptional care for your horse or horses while you
are away. My standard services and fee's are listed below.
This is just a standard list of services and fee's.
Please keep in mind that I will Care for any Special needs that
your horse may require.

Blow out barn
Refill Salt / Mineral Blocks
Refill Hay Box
Refill Feed Cans
Empty Trash
Dress any wounds
Meet with the Farrier or Vet
I will even dispose of the used mouse trap

Other Services
These services are available for your home as well as the Barn, as
long as your home is located on the same property.

Retrieve Mail & Newspaper
Water Plants
Rotate Lights / Curtains & Blinds
General security check of home and property
Take out Trash / recyclable for collection

Fee's
All standard fee's of $15.00 are based on a 30 minute visit
regardless of the number of pets you may have.
If the services that you request can not be performed in the
standard 30 minute visit, additional charges will apply as follows.
Visit up to 30 minutes $15.00
Visit up to 45 minutes $25.00
Visit up to 1 hour $35.00
anything over 1 hour will be charged a rate of $35.00 an hour and
adjusted for the actual time of the visit.

Holiday Fee's
There will be an additional charge of $5.00 per half hour for holiday
visits. A $25.00 nonrefundable Deposit is required on all Holiday
bookings for pet sitting
