Sit! Stay. Relax…, LLC Pet Concierge exists to improve the quality of life for animals and their guardians. Staying home alone for extended hours at a time can cause emotional distress for animals. This oftentimes manifests itself in the form of separation anxiety and destructive behaviors. Emotional distress is not exclusive to animals. Many pet guardians admit to feeling guilty and spending a great deal of time worrying about their inability to properly care for their four-legged family members when they are away from home. We strive to provide peace of mind to busy professionals who need someone they can trust and rely on to care for their animals. As work hours increase and everyday demands keep pet guardians out of the house for prolonged periods of time, reliable and worry-free pet care is quickly becoming a necessity of life.

When you contact us by phone or email, we will set up a telephone consultation to determine if your needs and our services are a good match. (Check out our policies section to view our client requirements.)  Assuming we can meet your needs, we will work together to create a customized program for your pet(s) and provide you a with a quote for our services.

We offer weekly contracts to ensure that your pet receives regularly scheduled exercise at a reduced rate. Each visit lasts 30 minutes and your dog will be walked at a set time each day in your neighborhood. We obey poop scooping ordinances and will pick up after your dog.  Upon return, we will ensure that muddy paws and wet fur are wiped down upon entering the home.

From quick mid-day potty breaks to full service vacation care, we've got you covered!  We will enthusiastically greet your pets and pamper them with love and attention.  We will prepare meals per your instructions, scrub bowls and provide fresh water. We will clean litter boxes, bring in the mail, adjust the lights, turn on/off music or television, and water your plants, as instructed. We will leave daily updates for you, so that you can keep track of your pet's well being while you were gone. We offer overnight care on a limited basis, which is especially helpful for overly anxious pets or those with extra special needs.

Services for dog and cats are currently offered by Aimee Accinno, who is certified in small animal massage. Aimee received certification in the Spring of 2005 from the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy.  Sessions generally last 30-60 minutes.  Instructional sessions are also available and make a great gift for that hard to buy for pet lover in your life. Do you love living with pets but hate cleaning up after them? Let us do the dirty work!  We offer complete litter pan overhauls (emptied, scrubbed clean with a non-toxic cleanser and refilled with your brand of litter).  We will also clean up the pet waste in your backyard or horse pastures and muck out stalls.

What is the best use of your time?  Let Sit! Stay. Relax... Pet Concierge transport your pet to the vet's office, grooming salon, doggie day care, or even custody visits.  You no longer have to take time off from work, use your limited personal time or delay the scheduling of an important appointment. We will transport your small domestic animals, and if requested, remain with your pet for the duration of the appointment.

When you just don't have the time to pick up extra pet food or supplies, let us do it!  We will even place internet or phone orders for you to obtain "hard-to-find" or specialty pet food or supplies. Need to pick up a new license for your pet? We can take care of it for you! How about a unique gift for the pet lover in your life? We can make recommendations and even arrange to have the gift delivered to you or a loved one. A very convenient service that we offer is our "Welcome Home" package.  We can arrange to have your refrigerator stocked, yard cleaned of pet waste, pets groomed and house cleaned while you are away.  We will also run errands for you (e.g. pick up pet food, dry-cleaning, office supplies, personal care products, etc.).  Just tell us what you need, and we'll make it happen
