Keys should be available at the time of the Meet & Greet. If keys are not given at the time of the original Meet & Greet, there will be a $10.00 charge to pick up the keys. Joan's Ark codes all keys and are locked in a safe for additional protection.
Prior to your departure we will make an appointment to meet with you and your pets so we can get to know each other and to determine that all parties are comfortable with the arrangements. At this time, we will go over details, receive instructions and decide which services best suit your needs. We will also complete a service agreement and pick up a key.
