Additional blocks of time may be reserved for $5.00 per 10 minutes. Time

        restrictions due to our very busy schedules force us to set a time limit of

        40 minutes at any one visit.

     Yard Cleanup

     One Dog $11.00/week   Two Dogs $14.00/week

     Three Dogs $17.00/week    Four Dogs $20.00/week

     Yard Cleanup is included in the price for all pet sitting assignments

       Rates for business, schools, etc. Please call for appointment to discuss rates.

     Payment

       Payment can be made either by cash or check and is requested to be made at

      the time of service. We also accept all major credit cards as payment.

    Cancellation Policy

     All monies paid to Soft Paws Pet Sitting Service® for dog walks not

     rendered will be returned to Client if cancellation 24 hours or more prior

     to the excepted visit is received. If such notice is not received, Client agrees to

     pay for walks, that were to be made within that 24 hour period. One weeks notice

     is due on all Vacation Care. If such notice is not received a $25.00 cancellation

     fee will be charged.

     Early return from Vacation will be charged for sits scheduled.

       Holiday Bookings

      Require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable up to two

       weeks before the sit is scheduled to start. After that date deposit is not refundable,

       The balance of the payment is due on or before the first day service begins. Once

       service begins no refunds will be given for pet sitting services ordered but not

       rendered. 

      Unscheduled Visits

An additional $5.00 to the price of dog walk for unscheduled visits not received

      24 prior to requested visit. And an additional $25.00 for Pet Sitting Visits not

      scheduled at least 4 days prior to requested sitting assignment.

Late Payments

 All payments are requested at the time of visit. We offer on-line payment and accept

      Discover, Mastercard, Visa, American Express. We also accept personal checks and

      are required to be left at the time of scheduled Pet Sitting Assignment. If check is not

      left, late payment scheduling will start from that day. After two months of non-payment,

      account will be placed in collection.

Key Return

 Due to the high prices of gas, we will now charge a $15.00 fee for key return

Daily Visits While You Travel
