An initial consultation visit is required (at no charge). During the consultation visit, we will have you take us through your pet's routine, fill out paperwork about your pet, services requested, veterinary information, and emergency contact information. We will also pick up a key to your home at this time, if needed. Please allow 30-45 minutes for this visit. This consultation and paperwork will need to be done only once. The paperwork will be kept on file so that future reservations will be just a phone call away.
We also offer our 'always ready' program where we can keep your key on file, separate from your paperwork, to enable you to make reservations without requiring a key pickup visit and fee. This can come in handy if you need to make last minute reservations, have to work late unexpectedly, or you find yourself locked out of the house.
Cats, if they go outdoors, and dogs will need current rabies vaccinations. We must be informed of any illnesses your pet may have. We do not sit for aggressive animals
