Please schedule adequate time to provide the services requested. If your pet or home needs more time than scheduled, it will be added as needed and billed to you.

Reminder: Bringing in the mail or newspaper, watering houseplants, taking out the trash and/or turning on/off lights are always free of charge.
Initial Booking Consultation 30-60 Minutes
At this visit we can complete the necessary paperwork, answer questions, transfer keys, and tour your home while discussing detailed instructions on how to care for your pets. This required meeting will be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to service.
Regular Visit Minimum 25-30 Minutes
Visit designed for fresh food, water,medications, walks, and/or playtime. Most dogs will require 3 Regular visits per day. Cats are best with 1 visit per day. Horses are best 2-3 visits per day.
Value Visit Minimum 15-20 Minutes
Short visit, can be used as a quick turnout or potty break, litter box cleaning, small animal, birds,reptiles.Great for those who have long work days!
Overnight Visit Minimum 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM
These visits are reserved for special needs pets only. Sick, acute separation anxiety or for recommended aftercare/observation purposes.
Hourly Care 45-60 Minutes
Important Terms
Payment is due before service starts.
A separate signed & completed Service Request is also due for each service, before each service start.
All pets must be current on vaccinations.
