Regular Hours

Weekdays 8am - 6pm

Emergency or On-Call Hours*

Weekends and Weekdays before 8am and after 6pm
* Billed at a higher rate.

Payment Arrangements

50% of payment is expected before the services are rendered. The other 50% is due at completion of the job. In the event of additional unforeseen visits or other costs (such as food, supplies, vet fees etc),payment is expected within five days of the completion of services or a late charge of $20 will be applied.

Cancellations


A scheduled service is a commitment of time between you and our service providers. We have reserved time just for you. When services are cancelled or missed, that time is permanently lost. Please read our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation of services less than 48 hours (business days-not weekends) prior to the start of service will result in a charge of 50% of the total service period. Cancellation of services less than 24 hours(business days-not weekends) prior to the start of the service will result in a charge of 100% of the total service period.

Surcharges

Immediate service requests with less then a 4 hour notice, will be charged an additional $10.00. Emergency service request with less then a 2 hour notice will be charged an additional $15.00

The Team at e-Services Pet Care pride themselves on doing what we commit to doing. However, our team's safety along with your pet's safety is our first priority.

Therefore, dog walks will be canceled and/or rescheduled due to inclimate weather. We apologize for any inconvenience due to this but in the end, Mother Nature rules.
