- Our service will exceed customer expectations in quality, timeliness, reliability and integrity.
- We will contribute 10% of our profits to local animal shelters and non-profit Spay&Neuter clinics, promoting well-being of stray pets in our local area. All animals have the right to live and enjoy life.

James and Irena Smith moved to northern part of Durham in November of 2006 with our four cats. We had a hard time finding a pet sitter that would be willing to come to our area and help us out with our special need senior cat Sophie, so we decided to use our experiences as pet owners and long-time volunteers in shelters and founded a pet sitting business. We love it and look forward to meet every day with enthusiasm, love every creature in our care, and give our best to our clients- you can see some of them on the page "Our Community"!
