My name is Judy Chastain. I am a wife of 29 years, mother of one, and grandmother of two. I was raised on a 80 acre farm in Mayo Florida (in the north Florida panhandle), I currently live on a 10 acre spread of my own, in Osteen, Florida, where I tend to my chickens, fish, and dogs, and where I assist mother nature with her birds, deer, turkeys, squirrel, opossums, coons, rabbits, and the occasional armadillo (we've even had a wild boar or two and one bear sighting on our property).
I started this business because, as you can tell, I love animals. I always seemed to be caring for my friends' and neighbors' pets when they went away, and they would refer me to others, who would refer me to someone else, and so on. I found I really enjoyed pet-sitting, and the pets are always so glad to see me when I come by. It brings immense pleasure to the animals when I come to feed and water them and take them for walks.
