Payments
Payments for walking or sitting services are to be paid in full at the time of booking or on our first day of service. We accept Visa/Master Card/American Express/Discover,through Paypal or checks or cash. Please leave Gratuities in pet sitters name when using a check or cash. Please visit our online service to enter you credit card information or call the office (770-982-0737) if you wish to pay by credit card.
Holiday Payments
Holiday charges will be time and a half per visit for the following holidays: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. If one of these holidays falls on, or is observed on Friday, the time and a half rate will apply to the following Saturday and Sunday. If one of these holidays falls on, or is observed on Monday, the time and a half rate will apply to the preceding Saturday and Sunday.
All reservations for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's must be paid in full at booking. Cancellations two weeks prior to first visit are 50% refundable for entire schedule and will be given a credit that can be used for future services. Cancellations one week prior to first visit are 25% refundable for entire schedule and will be given a credit that can be used for future services. Cancellations that are made with less than one weeks notice are non-refundable.
