About usWhen Wendi was 10 years old, her aunt "hired" her to visit her dog twice a week because she knew how much she loved animals. Wendi rode her bike two miles each way to visit and play with Cricket, the Pomeranian, and her love of all creatures continued to flourish. In 2005, Wendi found herself in between jobs and had always wanted a career working with animals. The time just seemed to be right. After a year's worth of research, A Better Way was born!
