Services & RatesINITIAL CONSULTATION : 30-60 Minutes - NO CHARGE
This is a required visit to your home to get acquainted with you and your pet(s). At this visit we can complete the necessary
paperwork, answer questions, transfer keys and tour your home while discussing detailed instructions on how to care for your pets. This meeting will be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to service.

HOURLY CARE:
Minimum 60 Minutes - $30 for first hour, then $25 each additional hour
Choose one hour increments of care which may include an excursion to an off leash doggie park or a long on leash walk in a
neighborhood park.

EXTENDED VISIT:Minimum 45 Minutes - $25
Best for long walks, multiple pet homes, and pets with special diets or special needs.

REGULAR VISIT:Minimum 30 Minutes - $18
Our most popular choice. Good for multiple pet homes, supervised feedings, walks and play. Most dogs will require
2-3 Regular Visits per day. Cats are best with 1 visit per day.

VALUE VISIT: Minimum 15 Minutes - $15
Short, can be used as a quick turnout or potty break, litter box cleaning or even a 3rd feeding.

DROP IN:5 Minutes or less - $10
Short drop in to transfer keys (pick up or drop off), check iron/stove, turn off sprinkler system, close windows, etc.

PET TAXI SERVICE: (Vet trips, Grooming trips, etc.)
Hourly rate $30 per hour. Minimum one hour charge, thereafter $15 per half hour.

OVERNIGHT HOUSE SIT: Minimum 10 hours , eg. 9:00 pm - 7:00 am - $65
For pets that need companionship and loving care during the evening and a human presence during the night.

ADDITIONAL FEES
< Travel Charges >
Each one-way trip to/from your home up to 10 miles is free. Over the 10 miles we charge 50 cents per extra mile each way,
based on Mapquest mileages.
< Short Notice Bookings >
Bookings made with less than 24 hours advance notice: $10 extra charge.
< National Holidays >
Assignments on Public Holidays:
$10 Holiday service fee
Late Evening & Early Morning Visits: Visits made between 7:00 pm and 7:00 am are subject to an additional $10 per visit.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Less than 24 hours notice:$20 fee
More than 24 hours notice : Full Refund, may use as credit toward future service.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS (HOLIDAYS)
Less than 7 days notice: $20 fee.
More than 7 and less than 14 days notice:$10 fee.
More than 14 days notice: Full Refund
Holidays are: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.

IMPORTANT TERMS
> Full Payment is due before service starts.
> A separate signed & completed Service Request is also due for each service, before the service starts. With prior
agreement you may leave a check in full and the completed Service Request for the first visit. However, your pet sitter
must leave your home without providing any service if you forget either item.
