Teresa has over 15 years experience in the pet sitting field. Loving animals and having a multitude of pets since childhood, she knew she wanted a career involving them. In 1992, Teresa opened her first pet sitting business in the Denver , Colorado area. She also enrolled in Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology. After graduating in 1994 with her degree in Applied Animal Science, Teresa worked as a Veterinary Nurse and helped care for such common pets as, dogs, cats, birds, reptiles and “pocket pets”. She even helped care for rescue and zoo animals such as, bats, hawks, skunks, wallabies, emus and gorillas. Although, exciting and fulfilling work, pet sitting is where her heart was and she continued to build that business while doing her other work.
Through the years, Teresa’s passion for animals has never faltered. She loves them all and wants them to get the care they all need and deserve. She spends her days doing exactly what she loves…spoiling pets!
