We wanted to thank you for taking such good care of our friend, Charlie, the golden retriever, while we were out of town. Your willingness to stay overnight and do daytime sitting made it great for Charlie and allowed us to enjoy our vacation.

Your professional approach to this task was recognized from the first pre visit we had in our home. The pre visit allowed us to have a face to face with you and discuss Charlie's needs and our personal requests for mail pickup, trash pickup, etc.

When we returned after our vacation you surpassed our expectations. The house was in the same, or better, condition than we left it, the yard had been cleaned up after Charlie, and most of all our friend seemed happy we were home but not sad we had been gone. He continued to go in the room you slept in for two days looking for you.
