Sandy,
It would be a pleasure to provide a reference!
I met Sandra at the Stoddards Neck Dog Park on Route 3A where I walk my dog Roxy daily. Sandra walks Rosie and Izzy there regularly and we struck up a conversation as we watched our dogs play and enjoy the freedom of the park. Sandra is very knowledgable about dogs and training and she has offered me much great advice on training Roxie my Jack Russell, Mini-Doberman Pincer mix.
I primarily work from home and take care of Roxy which includes getting her to the park daily for a good run and social time with other dogs. My wife and I adopted Roxy last summer and she came from the shelter with some social issues. The Park has been transformative for her and we make it a priority to get her out with other dogs daily. Unfortunately there are times when I cannot be at home with Roxy and after several conversations with Sandra I asked to become a client. Sandy comes once a week to walk Roxy which gives her a structured play time with other dogs and gives me a day when I can focus on meetings and work. Additionally Sandy takes Roxy on days that I will be away from the house and is very accomodating with her schedule.
After a visit we get an email with a lovely report card which includes pictures of the day and a summary of what they did and any issues that came up. This is a wonderful addition to the already excellent service as it provides a level of continuity that a high energy dog like Roxy requires in order to effectively train her. My wife and I both love seeing pictures of Roxy playing with other dogs and revelling at the fun she seems to be having which is a far cry from the timid, socially challenges dog we first adopted.
I cannot recommend Sandra more highly and I feel very lucky that Roxy has such a great Dog Care Specialist in her life.
