I have a large 'tangled' garden with many perennial beds that I don't know what to do with.  Ty was recommended by a friend to come to the garden and do some pruning as I have some hybrid trees in the yard that needed attention.  I was so impressed with this man; he was conscientious, articulate, creative and energetic.  Not only did the work he did on the trees actually improve their appearance but, they grew more foliage and the leaves were very lush.  The best part of his expertise is that he answered my questions in a patient and forthright manner, making the whole thing quite educational for me.  And I like that!
