How It Works
You and your pet’s happiness are of utmost importance. We will care for your pet in the routine you specify, including running, playing fetch, or swimming. Our visits ensure your pet remains healthy, active and content. During our visits, we will also bring in the mail, water your plants, and alternate lights, curtains and blinds as a crime deterrent.
We offer FREE consultation visits. This is when we get acquainted with you and your pet and discuss house rules and your pet’s needs and routine. We, in turn, provide you with our complete contact information, background, and references. When dates and schedule are agreed upon, we anticipate receiving a set of keys and your signed service agreement, which outlines your pet’s health history, emergency contact information, and full details of the services being provided.
Your keys are always handled with utmost care, locked in a safe box at our residence with address information kept separately and linked by a secure numerical code. Your keys are returned promptly upon your request, by any method you prefer, or upon completion of services. Some clients leave keys with us indefinitely for emergency use when they are unable to get home on time.
