About the Pet Sitting Service:
Each visit in your home lasts about 20-30 minutes. We take the pets out to use the restroom & give fresh water. We feed according to the schedule that you set up. We will administer medication if needed. We spend the rest of the visit playing or socializing with your pets. We love your pets as if they were our own.
We provide care for every type of pet from hamsters to horses.

Our service area is Springfield & the towns within a 5 mile radius of Springfield.

New Clients:
When scheduling visits for the first time please contact us at least 10-15 days prior to leaving to set up an initial interview. The earlier you can contact us the better the chance that we will have the dates & times available that you are needing. During the initial visit we will go over a detailed checklist of the routine of the pet's normal day, such as feeding schedule, any special commands that you use, any hiding places, etc. We ask that you contact your Vet to notify them that we will be taking care of your pets in case of an emergency or questions arise about their care. We also will need to pick up a key & alarm code if applicable. You will sign a contract to assure that your home & pets are covered under our insurance while you are away. We require payment up front the day of the initial interview.
All of our pet sitters are bonded & insured.
