LAKE COUNTY DOG WALKERS
Lake County Dog Walkers offers a dog walking service, potty breaks, pet sitting, overnight stays, taxi service, dog basic obedience training, errand service, kitty visits & house sitting for your pets & home. Just like humans, dogs need daily exercise to stay fit and healthy. Unfortunately, exercising our faithful friend often falls to the bottom of our "To Do" list. Today’s busy lifestyles rarely allow time for the daily walking or playing that dogs need to be happy and healthy.
Lack of proper exercise is a major contributor to behavioral and training difficulties. Puppies or young dogs can get bored being home alone for 8 hours or more. This boredom can lead to destructive behavior and becoming overly excited when you come home. Puppies also need extra time outdoors to help with housebreaking issues.
Older dogs need breaks too. Sometimes, when dogs get older, they need to go out more frequently. They also tend to put on a few pounds (due to lack of exercise) which can be harder on their joints.
Lake County Dog Walkers offer’s a number of different services such as 25 to 30 & 45 to 50 minute visits for walks, also we offer potty breaks “when your at work.” Pet sitting, and overnight stays, “when your on vacations or business trips.” Pet taxi service, “when you can’t get to the vet or groomer.” Dog Basic Obedience Training, errand Service, Kitty visits & house sitting 7 days a week. Your dog gets the attention, exercise, and playtime in your yard, some fresh air, fresh water, a treat if allowed, medicine if required, and of course, a potty break! See our Services & Pricing page for more information.
WHY DO I NEED A PET SITTER
Vacation travel. Don't traumatize your pets by making them stay in a kennel, where there's the stress of a new environment, potential exposure to illnesses and, of course, the threat of the kennel bully. Let them instead stay in the comfort of their own home where they get the one-on-one care they deserve.
Workday relief. Holding it for 8 hours is bad enough, but when your 9-5 morphs into 7-8 (that's 13 hours!), a dog walker can give your pet much-needed exercise, potty breaks and attention so they are not cooped up and lonely.
Business trips. While you wine and dine potential clients, a petsitter can make sure your pet remains safe and doesn't run low on food, water or love when you're gone. Our caretaker will even feed your other pets such as the cats, fish, & birds
Sick pet. If your pet needs medicine administered multiple times a day, a special-needs petsitter can ease your mind and help your pet get better by providing extra care.
Vet or grooming appointments. Don't spend your lunch hour chauffeuring your pet to his appointments. Hire a pet taxi instead!
New puppy. Rather than sticking this impressionable pup in a crowded kennel, an overnight petsitter can provide nighttime care and extra guidance when you're out of town, so you'll come home to a well-adjusted puppy.
Injured owner. Should you break a leg or become otherwise immobilized from an injury, a petsitter can walk and feed your pet so you don't stress out your body and further hinder your own recovery.
Give your neighbor a break! Supplement your neighbor's devotion and free up his schedule by hiring a petsitter to take over caring for your pet
