When mom &/or dad are away on a long trip, a few days or just at work, pets can get stressed.  Staying in their own environment that they are familiar with will lessen the stress and they are less likely to feel abandoned.  Being an absolute pet lover and having many of my own, I try to mimic their daily routine as closely as possible.  They will get plenty of love & attention along with their everyday care.  I will care for them as if they were my own.   Not only are your pets getting the care they need, your home will be getting looked after as well.  Need the mail/newspaper picked up, the plants watered, blinds/lights rotated, trash taken out?  I will pretty much do anything within reason.  I am also available for overnight pet sitting and daily dog walking.
