I have been an animal lover my entire life.  Growing up around everything from dogs and kitties to rabbits and birds, I never once thought I would one day be privileged enough to spend  my days with the most grateful, tail wagging clients, your pets!  I love my job!

I didn't always work with animals, in fact, like many others; I spent the first half of my adult life working in the corporate environment.  I graduated from Sinclair Community College with an Associates Degree in Visual Communications and many years later I finished up my college career at Miami University majoring in Strategic Communications.  Following college I had the opportunity to work in many different work environments, but I never felt complete.  I always knew there was something more for me out there.  One day I sat back and took a look at where my life was and where I wanted to be.  Several months and many hours of research later, I decided to take the plunge and start my own business.  Bark Fitness was developed out of my love for animals.

I am so thankful to have a loving and supportive husband who has been there throughout this adventure.  And I couldn't finish this note without introducing the inspiration to BARK FITNESS, my 4 wonderful Fur Babies; my two Jack Russells, Annie and Buffy and my two Labs, Tyson and Davis.  My struggle with finding good care for my own babies inspired me to start my own pet sitting and daily walks company.

I look forward to this next chapter in my life and invite you to join me on this journey.  I will frequently update this site with useful information for all pet owners.  I will also grow my photo gallery as my client base grows.  I want to thank my existing clients for being so fantastic and want to welcome my future clients.  I look forward to working with you and your furry family members.
