Policies

Reservations must be made a minimum 7 days in advance. A service request form must be completed for each series of visits. After you receive confirmation of requested visits by email, download a service request, print, sign and leave with payment prior to our visit.

Payment. We only accept cash or checks. An invoice will be sent by email or mailed to you. Checks should be made out to Lakeway Pet Nanny and left on the kitchen counter with the service request form.

Cancellations: Cancellations for pet sitting visits must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to scheduled service. You will be charged for any scheduled visits that fall within a 48 hour period of cancellation.

Sick pets should be under the supervision of a professional veterinarian. We will not schedule visits to pets that are known to be ill; however, we will gladly provide service to pets that simply require medication or have special requirements, such as elderly pets.
